April 2024
On April 1, Fading West broke ground on the 60 unit middle income affordable housing development that will use modular units built at their nearby factory. The project will include an early childcare center. CHAI is a proud partner of Fading West and our fellow lenders and investors.
Across government, philanthropy, and for-profit sectors, the Denver metro area continues to be a leader in innovative approaches to affordable housing and economic opportunity for low and middle income families. We are honored to be a part of this community.
