CHAI Debt Capital, LLC and CHAI Equity Capital, LP provided debt and equity in the Vista at Greyhound Park with Delwest.  This is the first project to close with funding from the Prop 123 Equity program. Vista will provide 120 4 BR affordable homes for large and multigenerational housing in a thriving new community in Commerce City.
